No. Although we primarily provide online tutors, we also cater for students that require in-person tutoring. Please note that in-person tutoring adds a call-out fee to your tutoring bill.
The call-out fee varies depending on the distance between the tutoring venue and the tutor's home (base).
In the unlikely event that the student does not get along with the tutor, we have a tutor swap-out policy that enables the student to request an immediate swap-out at no extra cost.
The student will receive an online feedback form after each lesson to rate the lesson and the tutor. Lessons that are rated less that 3/5 stars will be investigated. If the tutor is found to be at fault, the lesson will be refunded immediately.
